Skin Clear Cleansing Clay Mask is a dual action enzymatic cleansing clay and clarifying mask that gently cleans, purifies and provides a mild exfoliating effect for clear, revitalised skin. Ideal for oily, problematic and acne prone skins.

DIRECTIONS

Apply daily to dry skin using damp fingertips. Gently emulsify and massage into the skin before removing with tepid water and sponges or chamois, then pat dry. For a purifying mask treatment, leave on the skin for 10 minutes twice a week. Follow with toner, serum and moisturiser.

  • We hope that you are happy with your order, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return any item in its original condition for an exchange or full refund within 30 days from receipt of delivery.

    We will process refunds and exchanges within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the goods. Refunds (excluding shipping/delivery charges) will be made against the original payment method. If the order was paid by bank transfer we require your bank details in order for us to facilitate the refund.

    We cannot accept any product that we reasonably believe have been used and in such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund is available and your items will be returned to you within 14 days of notification. 

    Before returning your goods, please follow these steps:

    STEP 1 - CONTACT US

    Before returning any item you must contact us in the first instance to advise your reason for return or exchange. 

    STEP 2 - RETURN PRODUCT

    Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days from when your order was dispatched from our warehouse. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly packed and sealed. We strongly advise that your parcel is returned using a trackable delivery method as we cannot be held liable for items that are misplaced or lost during transit. Unfortunately we are unable to complete a refund or exchange if an item is damaged during transit therefore we recommend packaging your returned item securely.

    It is important to include your original receipt, return authority number and your preference of either a refund or exchange with the returned item.

    STEP 3 - PROCESSING THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    Upon receipt of your returned item and providing it is received in a resalable condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. For exchanges, shipping charges will need to be paid for prior to us sending out your replacement item. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

    DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    Please contact us immediately if the goods you receive are damaged, faulty or not what you originally ordered and we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

    Sandys Skin Solutions ships orders within Australia as offered in the address field during checkout. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Delivery times vary and the tables below should be used as a guide only.

    Sandys Skin Solutions use the services of Australia Post for all parcel deliveries. In Australia, parcels can be delivered to a residential or business address, Parcel Locker or PO Box. For deliveries to a business address it is important to include the business name in the address field. In the case a parcel is returned to Sandys Skin Solutions due to insufficient delivery information, a redelivery fee will apply.

    Tracking information is provided by email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse or you can track your parcel on Australia Post's website here.
