Here’s a list of the actives, what they are and how they work;
Caffeine and Theophylline: Reduce the amount of fat that can be stored in cells. Additionally, caffeine is a stimulant that causes the cells to burn more energy, thus burning through fat.
Escin: Reduces inflammation and water retention, both of which are a major factor of visible cellulite.
Threonine: Aids cells in metabolising fat, making the process of digesting, and ‘burning’ fat more efficient.
Laminaria Digitata (“Oarweed”) and Fucus Vesiculosus (“Bladder wrack”):
Contains glycine, lysine, and proline, all of which aid in skin elasticity, reducing the risk of loose/sagging skin during weight loss.
Contains iodine, which stimulates the lipases that help in digesting fat.
Equisetum Arvense (“Horsetail”):
Reduces water retention
Provides essential nutrients for healthy skin, such as potassium and silica,
Also contains flavonoids, which are great antioxidants to protect cells from free radicals.
Hedera  Helix (“English Ivy”):
Helps cells to ‘reabsorb’ the fluid that causes oedema, reducing the appearance of cellulite.

Oarweed has historically been used as an abortifacient, and to induce labour. While the amount in this product is relatively small, it is best to stay on the side of caution.

Application
Massage into cleansed, dry body areas.
